Shashi Chandra Primary School
The Shashi Chandra Primary School is located in Fadsar, a rural village in Gujarat, India. Built in partnership with the Atman Foundation, Project Life (NGO), and the Government of Gujarat, the school was created to provide education for children in grades 1–8 after the devastating 2001 earthquake damaged most schools in the region. Today, the school has 10 classrooms and serves up to 200 children, offering them access to quality education and emerging art and music programs.
All funds raised through this benefit concert will go 100% directly toward improving the school’s infrastructure, providing books and learning materials, and creating opportunities for children who otherwise might not have access to education.
